Looking for a sweet treat to add to your table? Well these Pumpkin Cookies with cream cheese frosting are the perfect treat. Pumpkin is a well loved and Indigenous ingredient that is often forgotten as an Indigenous ingredient this time of year.

Mutton is a staple in Navajo cuisine. This stew is one of my favorites growing up. You can change up the vegetables based on what you have on hand. This is perfect for larger family gatherings and potlucks.
