Hi Friends! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared an update. I hope you are all doing well. Things have been quite busy since my last post. I’ve been doing a lot of traveling promoting and sharing, The Modern Navajo Kitchen. It’s been so great being able to meet all of you in person and making new friends along the way. There is soo much to share and I can’t wait to get back to posting regularly here. I do post more consistently on Instagram. So you can always find me there!! But in the meantime, I am happy to share a fun summer partnership I am dong with the Maricopa County Libraries this summer. From June to July, I’ll be presenting at the Maricopa County libraries throughout the summer.
At these events, I’ll share more information about The Modern Navajo Kitchen. How the book came together, my inspiration, and of course talking about my favorite Navajo foods. Each discussion will have a fun sample of foods from the book. Here you can also get your cookbooks signed and ask any questions you have the book. So if you are looking to get out of the HOT valley sun this summer, then come check out one of these events. Unfortunately, I won’t be selling copies of the book at these events, so please come with your books. Here is link to places where you can purchase the book.
